    - You can order your desired gift easily by following these steps, Select the gift(s) you wish to order and click on “Add to Cart” button available with all products at product detail page and then you will be taken to secure checkout page, furnish the Sender’s and Receiver’s information and checkout for payment.   • Do you have minimum quantity conditions?
    No, we don't have such conditions. We can take a single order to bulk quantity but definitely the price will change according to the quantity increased.
  • What all details are required from my side to place an order?
    Following details are needed – • Recipient Name • Recipient Contact Number • Recipient Full Address (Locality, City, State, Pin Code) • Message for Recipient • Delivery date & time • Sender Name • Sender’s Contact Number • Billing details
  • Can I customize my order?
    Yes, definitely you can. By changing the size of the product or design we can customize the gifts as per your requirement.
  • What are the modes of refund payment?
    If a customer has made payment online via payment gateway then refund will be done by same route. Online transfer directly done to company account will be refunded via Cheque or Online.
  • Is COD Available?
    COD is not available with us for the Online orders.
  • Shall we get the draft before you proceed with the order?
    Yes, Sure. We will share the preview before proceeding with the order. Once we get the approval from your side then we will proceed.
  • What are other ways to order gifts?
    You can order the gifts directly by contacting us through phone or mails. The only things you need to share with us are - Product Code - High resolution and front facing image - Text to be added -Your address with full name,pincode and gift receiver phone number.   • Product is not the same as I ordered?
    It might be very rare. We have a quality check team who will recheck the product before packing.
  • Product is not delivered at the time requested?
    It might happen sometimes due to bad weather but I'm sure you will get your products delivered on time and delivered at requested time.
  • if I am not happy with the quality of product delivered?
    Actually we give more importance to the quality of the product and customer satisfaction so we do supply good quality products. Need not to worry about the quality.

    aravgifts.com has a customer friendly return and cancellation policy. We wish to make our customers and clients happy with quality gifting. 1) Items which come under non-perishable category can be returned within 10 days after delivery date. 2) 100% of the amount will be refunded if the products are damaged. 3) In case of non-damaged or products with no fault, bookyourgifts.com reserves the right to deny the refund and might issue a credit note of the same amount. 4 ) Customized gifts are non-returnable.Any way we will send the gifts with proper packing. In case it might be damaged in transit then we can refund your full amount. 5) To cancel orders customers need to submit their request within 24 hours after placing the order. Q.13 – How much time will be taken in cancellation of order? It takes approximately 1 working day. Q.14 – What are the modes of refund payment?
